Upon arrival, participants will be issued uniforms and all necessary hygiene items. During their stay, our residents are allowed property drops at intake, with the changing of seasons, and when the privilege has been earned. Your loved one will notify you what they are allowed and when those items can be delivered.
Please note that loved ones cannot just show up to drop off items requested by the resident. Please wait until your loved one contacts you and tells you what they need and when they need it. All property drops must be mailed to the facility. Items without prior approval can result in the items being rejected. Only the items allowed for each drop will be permitted. Please note that all items for the drop must arrive at the facility together, they may not arrive separately.
